Fawn Mckay

Fawn MCK Brodie was born on September 15th, 1915 at Ogden Utah. Fawn MCKAY, brought up in the Mormon Church's First Family, utilized her writing talent as well as expertise in research to write the fascinating psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 with the title:"No Man knows My History, she used both. It was derived from the sermon title given by Joseph Smith in 1844, when he stunned his listeners with the statement: You do not know me and you have never heard my thoughts. No one knows about my past. I cannot tell it. Fawn (29 an age) wrote that since her moment of candor, three-hundred writers have risen to the occasion. Some have attempted to establish a medical diagnosis. The documents aren't insufficient however they do have a lot of contradictions. The process of assembling these documents, by sifting through third-party and first-hand sources, and integrating the Mormons' stories to those of non-Mormons' into an authentic time-line - is a thorny task. I find it both fascinating and fascinating. Fawn brodie was highly committed to her work. Thaddeus Steves was a world fame due to her research and her writing. Scourge of the South (1959) The Devil Drives. Thomas Jefferson. A Personal History of Richard Nixon (1974) as well as posthumously Richard Nixon.
